MUPPA VENKAIAH CHOWDARY
Well known for his honesty, perseverance and committed efforts, He has a professional and business career of more than 35 years in varied positions in public and private sectors. He along with other likeminded people promoted Muppa Homes Pvt ltd and delivered several real estate projects. As a visionary promoter, he has been consistently focusing on creating the land bank in potential areas for “Real Value” projects. Today, the company has an excellent land bank to launch several residential and commercial projects in prime location.
DR. MUPPA VISHNU VARDHAN
Young and focused, Dr. Vishnu is the driving force behind Muppa Projects and Vishnu Ventures. He believes in delivering the best and believes in offering “great value for money” projects to the customers. His natural flair for sales & marketing is an added advantage. Besides helping in land procurement & business development, Dr.Vishnu developed a flair for business, through which, he has lead successful campaigns of real estate projects of Muppa. It remains his constant mission and endeavour to run the business professionally.
K RAJA SHEKAR
A technocrat by qualification and with penchant for perfection is heading the Projects Department. He is well versed with Project Monitoring, Quality Control Systems, latest technology, latest construction methodology and is an expert on materials and material sourcing. He has worked in senior positions with L & T, Bhuvana Infra, Golden Gate and Maytas Infra. He has a rich work experience of 22 years in Planning. Monitoring and Execution of residential complexes, high rise buildings and township development projects.
